HOW I WORK
You can’t rewrite what you don’t understand.
So I read first. The chakra system shows me exactly where a pattern sits and what keeps it running. Then I teach you to read it for yourself, so you catch it as it happens and choose differently.
Most of us have worked on one part at a time: the body in one place, the emotions in another, the mind in a book, the spirit on a retreat. Each helped. None held, because the 4 were never brought into line together.
That is what alignment means here: your body, emotions, mind and spirit, in line at once. The skill of reading your own patterns is energetic literacy, the ability to decode the subconscious patterns shaping identity, behaviour and outcomes.
