What are Chakra's?
Chakras are energy centres inside us all, that allow vibrant life force energy to flow to and through us! Each one connects to areas of our life, specific body parts and glands, emotional states and so mujch more.
Negative experiences can trap emotional energy, blocking our chakras and affecting our overall well-being, seperating us from experiencing our highest potential.
In my journey, chakras, not only gave me the experience of my true aligned power but also the healing I needed in order to access this power.
Our chakra system can be looked at as an internal treasure map that can and will guide us to our highest, most powerful selves. Assisting us to uncover the wounds of emotional trauma, release and heal our negative conditioning and upgrade our entire belief system.
I’m excited to share the vast wealth of knowledge and expereince I have gained over the last 20 years working this magical energy system and, how we can best utilise it for alignment in mind, body and spirit. To raise our awareness of self and others and to live from a place of higher emotional intelligence that supports not only our life experience but also the relationships that we have with others in all areas of life.

Leaders that are energetically aligned with higher consciousness are what's need for the future generations and that starts now by us choosing to be better.
